At TibLife, we take pride in offering premium-quality herbal wellness products. We want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase, but we understand that a return or exchange may be necessary in certain situations. Please read our policy below for guidance.

 

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the product seals are fully intact and unopened.

  • Customers who experience allergic reactions to any ingredients in our herbal blends may be eligible for a partial refund (not a full refund).

  • Due to its nature, herbal oils are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  2. Our team will arrange collection through our authorized courier service.

  3. Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund within 5 business days.

  4. A PKR 500 deduction applies to refunds (not applicable to exchanges).

Timeframe for Returns & Exchanges

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order (including the delivery date).

  • To speed up the process, please share a clear image of the parcel along with the delivery slip.

Change of Mind Policy

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind.
